ABOUT

Meet Michael, whose journey as an activist began at the young age of 6 as he accompanied his inspiring mother to the state capitol while she was advocating for women’s rights.

He earned a master’s degree in leadership and coaching certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Conflict Management.

His passion to help others ignited a career as a Master Trainer and Speaker - his workshops offer a unique fusion of social activism and teaching participants how to better manage personal and team conflicts. He uses modern learning tools like chatbots and community-based learning to foster self-directed improvement.

Michael’s latest social activism project included a community program aimed at cultivating unity between people with different political beliefs. This initiative brought participants together as volunteers at food shelters, encouraging them to view one another as humans driven by a shared purpose, rather than defined solely by a political label.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Michael explores the world alongside his wife and their lovable, albeit stubborn, Jack Russell Terrier named Little Jack.
